Shiver me timbers!

So as you know major parts of the SEGL curriculum are the capstone projects, one of which is the collaborative policy document or CPD, as Winson affectionately calls it. This past semester, we spent 3 weeks and then some working on our policy document about Piracy in Somalia. We even got to meet with the foremost officials about piracy in Somalia at the State Department. It was amazing. So without further ado, I present the Class of Spring 2010's CPD about Pirates!
